I sit here in this darkened room
Crumpled on the floor
Tears splintering my cheeks
I can’t take this anymore
I’m tired of my feelings
I’m bound up by my fears
They keep me from living life
They’re the reason you’re not here
Restraining me from happiness
And what I want to say
And all I really want to do
Is finally break away
